摘要
目的:了解桂林市放射工作人员接触剂量,为加强放射防护工作提供科学依据。方法:使用RGD-3B型热释光剂量仪对放射工作人员进行接触剂量测定,并用软件对数据进行分析。结果:2010~2012年人均年接触有效剂量分别为1.073,1.342,1.212mSv/a,低于国家标准50mSv/a。以放射治疗人员的人均年接触有效剂量较高,为2.527mSv/a。市级医院、县级医院、乡镇级医院、工业探伤的放射个人接触剂量监测率分别为68.5%,22.8%,12.0%,64.4%。结论:桂林市射线防护工作较完善;桂林市乡镇级医院放射监测范围需扩大。
Objective. To realize personal dosage level of radiation staff in Guilin city, so as to provide scientific basis for strengthening radiological protection work. Methods. Determined the personal dosage of radiological staff with RGD-3B thermoluminescence dosimeter, and statistically analyzed the data with softwares. Result. From 2010 to 2012, the annual average personal effective dosage (roSy/a) were 1. 073, 1. 342 and 1. 212 respectively, all lower than national standard (50 roSy/a). The highest annual average effective personal dosage were radiation workers, 2. 527 mSv/a. Moni-toring rates of personal dosage in municipal hospitals, county-level hospitals, township-level hospi-tals and industrial flaw detection were respectively 68.5%, 22.8%, 12. 0% and 64. 4%. Conclu-sion. Guilin city radiation protection work is perfect. Township hospital radiological monitoring work of Guilin city needs to expand.
