摘要
枸杞多糖是枸杞的主要活性成分之一,具有增强机体免疫力、抗肿瘤、防衰老、增加造血功能等活性,成为近年来的研究热点。简要介绍了枸杞多糖的分离与纯化、结构鉴定、生理活性,为枸杞多糖深入研究提供了参考。
Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) is one of the main active constituents in Lycium barbarum L. It has a number of significant bioactivities, such as enhancing immunity, anti-cancer, anti-ageing, increasing the hematopoietic function, becomes one of the hot research topic in recent years. The progress in isolation, structure identification and the physiological activity of LBP was reviewed in this study for further study.
