摘要
为了探索舍饲条件下陕北白绒山羊对蛋白质的营养需要。采用单因子试验方法,将36只体重相近、健康的1周岁陕北白绒山羊空怀期母羊,随机分为4组,进行为期1个月的饲养试验,研究日粮不同蛋白水平(7.79%,8.45%,9.79%,10.40%)对陕北白绒山羊生产性能和产绒性能的影响。结果表明,日粮不同蛋白水平对陕北白绒山羊生产性能和羊绒细度无显著影响(P>0.05)。随着日粮蛋白质水平的升高,羊绒与羊毛的生长速度均表现为先增高后降低,当蛋白质水平为10.40%时,绒毛的生长速度显著降低(P<0.05)。因此,可以认为,陕北白绒山羊空怀期母羊饲粮的适宜蛋白水平为8.45%~9.79%。
Thirty-six one-year-old and healthy female goats with similar body weight were arranged into 4 groups to study the effects of dietary protein levels(7.79%,8.45%,9.79%,10.40%)on production performance and wool traits in Shaanbei White Cashmere Goat.The result showed that dietary protein levels had no significant(P0.05)effect on live body gain and cashmere diameter.With the increasing of dietary protein levels,the fleece growth rate increased at the begining and then decreased.There was significant(P0.05)decrease in wool growth rates when the protein level was above 10.40%.In conclusion,proper levels of CP in diets for Shaanbei White Cashmere Goat in non-pregnancy was 8.45% to 9.79%(air-dry basis).
