膝关节后外侧复合体损伤的早期手术治疗 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察和探讨膝关节后外侧复合体(PLC)急性损伤早期手术治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析56例PLC急性损伤患者病例资料,其中男34例,女22例,年龄20～52岁,平均39.1岁。其中右膝30例,左膝26例,均早期手术,进行关节镜下韧带修复及重建术,术后标准功能锻炼,定期随访。采用Lysholm和IKDC评分系统对患者膝关节功能进行评分,采用配对t检验进行统计学分析。结果 56例患者获得随访,随访时间25～72个月,平均32个月。IKDC:正常49例,接近正常5例,异常2例。术后Lysholm评分为86.23±5.69,较术前(40.15±6.63)有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论针对不同类型的PLC损伤,早期手术治疗可以取得很好的临床疗效。
