基于正交试验设计的固有应变法在焊接变形预测的应用 被引量:4

摘要 以T型接头为例,着重对固有应变法进行研究,并运用正交试验法,对多道焊焊接顺序、焊接方向的影响因子进行优化设计,采用ANSYS软件通过一次性弹性计算得到焊接变形,以位移差为评价指标,得到最佳影响因子.结果表明:基于正交试验设计的固有应变法能够较准确地预测焊接变形,历时短,并且能体现焊接顺序、焊接方向对于焊接变形的影响. Taking T-joint as an example, we focus on the study of inherent strain method and optimal design of the factors which influence the welding sequence and welding direction in orthogonal experiment design, get welding deformation through one-time elastic computation using ANSYS. Taking displacement difference as the e- valuating index, we get the best impact factors. The result shows inherent strain method based on orthogonal ex- periment design can accurately predict the welding deformation with short running time, and can reflect the influ- ence of welding sequence and direction on welding deformation.
