摘要
通过对铁路货车转向架弹簧进行疲劳性能试验的比较 ,结合目前该弹簧的使用现状 ,分析了原材料对弹簧疲劳性能的影响 ,提出了采用表面磨光及严格控制材料冶炼成分的工艺措施。
Through the comparative testing of the freight wagon bogie springs with respect to the fatigue performance and by considering its present short service life in China, the effect of raw materials on the spring fatigue performance is analyzed, and the technological measure of both surface polishing and strictly controlling the melting quality is presented.
