摘要
为研究NEPE推进剂的老化情况,探讨了运用连续松弛谱表征NEPE推进剂老化进程的方法。分别对在80℃,75℃,70℃,65℃下加速老化的NEPE推进剂进行动态力学分析试验,数据表明,NEPE推进剂的连续松弛谱可以直观全面表征推进剂高分子多层结构的粘弹性特性,且同一加速老化温度下随老化时间增加动态粘弹性连续松弛谱频率分布范围逐步收窄,结合推进剂老化机理分析,该变化趋势可以表征推进剂老化进程。
This paper discussed the use of continuous relaxation spectrum to characterize the aging process of NEPE propellants.Dynamic mechanics was tested after the propellant was accelerated aging at 80℃,75℃,70℃ and 65℃.Data shows that continuous relaxation spectrum can intuitive fully characterize the polymer multilayer structure of NEPE propellant.At the same accelerated aging temperature,the distribution range of continuous relaxation spectrum narrows over time.Analyzed with the aging mechanism of NEPE propellant,this trend can be used to characterize the aging process of NEPE propellants.
