摘要
目的分析比较67例多根肋骨骨折的治疗方法,总结治疗经验。方法 2009年8月至2012年8月,安钢职工总医院收治多根肋骨骨折67例,其中男48例,女19例,年龄15～73岁,平均年龄45.2岁,致伤原因:车祸伤35例,高处坠落伤20例,挤压伤12例,宽胶布、胸带等保守治疗34例,钢丝、钢板内固定15例,记忆合金环抱式肋骨接骨器内固定18例。结果 33例内固定治疗患者,术后疼痛、呼吸困难明显改善,胸廓恢复正常,术后3～18月随诊发现手术治疗患者中有2例钢丝内固定患者分别有1、2处固定移位,余手术患者恢复良好,宽胶布、胸带保守治疗患者中肋骨畸形愈合,胸廓外观畸形明显者9例。结论手术内固定是治疗多根肋骨骨折的有效方法,相比较保守治疗具有痛苦小、并发症少、肺功能损害小的优点。
Objective To analyze the treatment experience fracture of multiple ribs 67 cases.Methods From August 2009 to August 2012,Angang Iron And Steel Company Hospital treated more than 67 cases of multiple ribs fractures,including the 48 cases of male patients and female patients,19 cases,age 15-73 years old,mean age 45.2 years old.The injury reason：traffic accident injury 35 cases,fall injury 20 cases and crush injury in 12 cases,wide adhesive plaster and chest bandage of conservative treatment of 34 cases,steel wire,steel plate fixed in 15 cases,the encircling blade plate made of tinisma shape memory alloy fixed within 18 cases.Results Totally 33 patients in surgical treatment much improved in postoperative pain,difficulty breathing,and thorax appearance back to normal.The 3-18 months follow-up found all surgical treatment patients recovered well except 2 cases which one had one place shifting internal fixation and the other had two.wide adhesive plaster,chest bandage with conservative treatment in patients with ribs malunion,thorax appearance deformity improved in 9 cases.Conclusion Internal fixation method for multiple ribs fracture is an effective method,compared with conservative treatment,which have the advantage of small pain,less complications,and pulmonary function damage.
