摘要
目的探讨心理干预对老年抑郁症患者治疗依从性及社会功能影响。方法将60例老年抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组各30例,分别对两组患者进行常规药物治疗和护理,且对研究组进行心理干预。在干预前和干预后分别进行治疗依从性、个体和社会功能量表中文版(PSP CHN)等的测试。结果干预后:治疗依从性研究组分别为:完全依从为75.0%,部分依从为20.0%,不依从为5.0%;对照组分别为51.7%、34.5%、13.8%,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。重复测量的方差分析发现时间因素对PSP总分和各因子分均存在主效应(F=23.968～107.556,P<0.01),干预因素对社会中有益的活动、个人关系和社会关系存在主效应(F=4.516～5.564,P<0.05),且干预因素和时间因素对社会中有益的活动、个人关系和社会关系存在交互作用(F=6.884～8.236,P<0.05)。研究组患者干预后,其病情较对照组有明显好转,有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预能提高老年抑郁症患者治疗依从性,能够改善抑郁症患者的个人和社会功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on treatment compliance and social function of elderly patients with depression.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with depression were randomly divided into research group and control group（30 cases each） respectively,two groups of patients both took conventional drug therapy and nursing,and psychological intervention was used in research group.Before and after the intervention,treatment compliance,individual and social function scale Chinese version（PSP CHN） were used to measured.Results After intervention： In treatment compliance group,fully compliance was 75.0%,part of the compliance was 20.0%,not compliance 5.0%;Control group were 51.7%,34.5% and 13.8%,there was significant difference（P0.01）.Repeat measurement variance analysis found that time factor on the PSP and the had a main effect factor scores（F=23.968~107.556,P0.01）,intervention factors（group psychological nursing） had main effect on society beneficial activities,personal relationship and social relationship（F=4.516~5.564,P0.05）,and the intervention factor and time factor existed interaction effect on society beneficial activities,personal relationship and social relationship is（F=6.884~8.236,P0.05）.After intervention,patients in treatment compliance group were better than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve treatment compliance of elderly patients with depression,and their personal and social function.
