广西木薯淀粉产业环境保护现状及对策研究 被引量:9

摘要 广西是我国最大的木薯产地,同时也是我国最大的木薯淀粉生产基地。随着国家环境保护要求的日益提高,木薯淀粉行业环境保护与可持续发展的压力也进一步加大。本文基于淀粉企业生产现状调查的基础上,剖析了广西木薯淀粉企业污染治理及清洁生产现状,找出了原料缺口大、清洁生产水平较低、产品结构单一、废水污染严重等问题,并提出了相应的对策与建议:一是推广良种良法,建立高产优质木薯原料基地;二是以环境资源倒逼机制推动木薯淀粉产业调整升级;三是推行清洁生产,发展循环经济;四是加强淀粉废水处理技术研发和推广应用,以期从根本上解决广西木薯淀粉产业资源和环境的可持续发展问题。 Guangxi is the largest cassava producing area in China, is also the largest production base of cassava starch. Along with the increasing requirement of the national environmental protection, the pressure of environmental protection and sustainable development of cassava starch industry will further increase. Basing on the investigation of present situation of starch production enterprises, this paper analysis the pollution control and cleaner production status of Guangxi cassava starch enterprises, finds out the problems of large materials gap, lowing cleaner production level, single product structure and serious water pollution, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: one is to popularize the improved varieties, and establish high yield and high quality cassava raw material base; two is to promote the adjustment and upgrading of cassava starch industry through the forcing mechanism of environment; three is to implement clean production and development of circular economy; four is to strengthen the technology research and development and popularizing application of starch wastewater treatment. So as to solve the problem of sustainable development of Guangxi cassava starch industry resources and environment fundamentally.
