摘要 以贵阳电力培训中心变电站仿真工程为背景,以缩短变电站仿真研发过程及降低不同水平的技术人员研发出来的仿真产品的差异性为目的,提出了继电保护库。在全图形化仿真建模支撑平台的基础上,通过研究变电站各类主设备保护装置的特点,针对变电站仿真系统研发过程中使用的各类微机保护的二次回路图,提出了以规范化的命名和模块化的功能设计,建立继电保护库的设计方法。库中的每一套保护均可针对不同的变电站进行配置,并方便快速地进行继电保护建模和保护定值自动整定。 Under the background of simulation engineering in Guiyang Power Training Center substation, in order to shorten the substation simulation development process and narrow the gap between simulation products developed by different levels of technical staff, the relay library is designed. Based on the full graphical simulation modeling support platform, through studying the characteristics of all kinds of main equipment protection device of the substation, and based on the secondary circuit diagram of various types of computer protection used in the research and development of the substation simulation, this paper proposes to establish relay library with standardized naming and modular function design. Each set of protection in the library can be configured for different substations, and can facilitate the rapid relay modeling and the automatic tuning of protection setting value.
