摘要
盖挖逆作法施工的地下车站中临时竖向支撑系统是车站施工中的关键结构,也是主要的受力结构,其中,中间桩柱的准确定位是一项技术要求高、施工难度大的工作,施工中由于各方面的原因,可能会出现立柱中心偏离设计位置的情况,如何在施工中做好中间桩柱的精确定位,成为中间桩柱施工的关键技术。结合深圳地铁7号线福民站,介绍盖挖逆作法地铁车站中间桩柱施工定位装置的应用、活动接头的设计、使用方法以及中间桩柱的施工原理、工艺流程、格构柱倾斜量测等施工技术。通过实践证明:定位装置的应用,很好地解决了地下车站施工(特别是盖挖逆作法施工)中间桩柱的精确定位技术难题,并且通过格构柱倾斜量测,得出检测的结果满足设计垂直度要求。
The accurate positioning of the intermediate piles of Metro stations constructed by cut-and-cover top-down method is one of the key technologies for the construction of the intermediate piles. Fumin station of line 7 of Shenzhen Metro is constructed by cut-and-cover top-down method. In the construction of the Metro station, a positioning device is developed and applied for the intermediate piles. The engineering practice shows that, due to the application of the posi- tioning device, accurate positioning of the intermediate piles has been achieved. In the paper, the application of the po- sitioning device, the design and application of the movable joints, the construction of the intermediate piles and the measurement of the inclination of the lattice columns are presented.
