摘要
为了解大鲵肉蛋白对小鼠免疫功能的影响,分别采用碳粒廓清实验、2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)致小鼠皮肤迟发型过敏实验、血清溶血素和脾脏抗体生成细胞实验,来研究大鲵对小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能,细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的影响。实验结果显示,各剂量组小鼠血清溶血素和脾脏抗体水平均提高,各剂量组的小鼠碳粒廓清指数也高于空白对照组,各剖节组能够抑制环磷酰胺降低小鼠迟发性超敏反应。结果表明,大鲵肉蛋白能明显提高小鼠免疫功能,具有较好的免疫调节功效。
In order to understand the influence of the giant salamander meat protein on immune function in mice, Carbon clearance test, dinitrofluorobenzene-induced delayed type hypersensitivity test ( DTH), serum hemolysin and spleen anti- body test were used to evaluate the immunomodulating effects in mice. The experimental results were as follows : serum he- molysin antibody and spleen antibody levels in each dose group increased ; Each dose group of carbon clearance index was higher than that of control group ; Each section can inhibit cyclophosphamide and reduce DTH responses in mice. The re- suits indicated A. davidianus meal can enhance the non-specific and specific immunologic function in mice in certain range of dosage.
