摘要
目的探讨斑贴试验对于抗结核药物过敏反应致敏原快速的筛查。方法 36例抗结核药物治疗的肺结核病人随机分组 ,出现变态反应的为观察组 ,未出现变态反应的为对照组。对每例进行异烟肼、利福平、吡嗪酰胺、乙胺丁醇、链霉素的斑贴试验。结果观察组斑贴试验临床符合率达 87 5 %。结论斑贴试验能筛查抗结核药物过敏反应的致敏原 ,在临床上有参考使用价值。
Objective To explore the quick screening of sensitinogen of anti tuberculosis drugs, Method 36 cases lung tuberculosis patients treated by anti tuberculosis drugs were randomly divided into group, observation group occurred abnormal reaction, control group without abnormal reaction.Each cases was conducted the patch test of Isoniazid, Rifampicin, Pyrazinamide, Ethambutol streptomycin. Results The Clinical coincidence rate of pacth test in observation group was 87.5%.Conclusion The patch test is valuable and applicable for screening the sensitinogen of anti tuberculosis drugs.
