摘要
介绍功率电池组管理系统的软硬件设计,该系统实时监控电池组每一个单元电池的充放电状态,并对每一个单元电池自动电压平衡,解决高电池使用容量和长使用寿命之间的矛盾.样机测试结果表明系统工作稳定,达到预期指标.该系统在电动汽车、机器人、不间断电源(UPS)等有广泛的应用.
In this article,the power battery pack management system hardware and software design is introduced.The system monitors the charge and discharge status of every cell battery among the system battery pack.In addition,the system can solve the high battery capacity and long service life contradictions with the method to balance the battery voltage of each cell.The prototype test results show that the system is stable and can achieve the desired indicators.The system can be widely used in electric vehicles,robots,uninterruptible power supply(UPS).
