超声引导结合改良塞丁格技术在肿瘤患儿PICC置管中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察超声引导结合改良塞丁格技术用于肿瘤患儿PICC置管的效果。方法将2011年应用超声引导结合改良塞丁格穿刺技术行PICC置管的65例肿瘤患儿作为观察组,以2010年应用常规穿刺法留置PICC导管的45例肿瘤患儿作为对照组,比较两组患儿一次穿刺成功率、置管成功率和并发症的发生率。结果观察组一次穿刺成功率低于对照组,但总成功率高于对照组、穿刺时间长于对照组、并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论肿瘤患儿应用超声引导结合改良塞丁格穿刺法进行PICC置管,能提高置管成功率、降低并发症发生率,有较好的临床应用价值。 Objective To observe the effect of PICC insertion guided by ultrasound combined with modified seldinger technique in children with tumor.Methods During 2011,65 cases of children with tumor undergoing PICC guided by ultrasound combined with modified seldinger technique were recruited as observation group,and during 2010,45 cases of children with tumor undergoing PICC with traditional method were recruited as control group.Success rates of the only one puncture,the overall success of puncture and the incidence of complications of two groups were compared.Results The success rates of the only one puncture of observation group was lower and the overall success of puncture was higher the control,the incidence of complications was lower then those of control group.All the comparison between two groups were statistically different(P0.05).Conclusion The PICC puncture guided by ultrasound combined with modified seldinger technique applied to children with tumor could improve the success puncturing rate and lower the incidence of complications,it could obtain good clinical effect.
