摘要
公民社会理论的研究使得公民性格正在成为一个新型的热点,实际上公共组织的发展源于公民性格指导下的公民行为。公民性格是公民对于自我主体价值的认识及在这种认识下所展现的行为方式,是推动公民行为的最终力量。任何形式的公共组织都是具有公民性格的公民个人组成的,其行为的开展必然受到公民性格的影响和支配,公民性格从静态、动态、生态和心态都将影响到组织的发展。积极加强对公民性格的探索,能够从深层次探寻组织发展的机制,构建高效的公共组织,进而去推动公民社会的发展。
Civil society theory makes citizen＇s character become a new hot topic.The development of public organizations comes from citizen＇s behavior which is guided by citizen＇s character.Citizen＇s character is the understanding of self-identity value and behavior patterns,the ultimate power to promote citizen behavior.Public organization is made up of the individual citizens who have characters,so their behavior will be influenced and dominated by their characters.Citizen＇s character will influence the development of the organization from static,dynamic,ecological and mental aspects.The exploration of citizens＇ characters can reveal the mechanisms of organizational development;build efficient public organization,thus promoting the development of civil society.
