摘要
目前,我国智能化建筑领域的技术和管理水平落后于现实发展的需求,导致在建筑工程的施工管理方面难以满足工程建设的实际需要。本文分析了我国建筑智能化建设的现状,在此基础上深入阐述了建筑智能化的施工管理策略。
At present, the technology and management level in the field of intelligent building in China lagged behind the needs of the real development, which result in the construction management of construction projects difficult to meet the actual needs of project construction. This article analyzes the cu- rrent situation of the construction of intelligent building, and further elaborates the intelligent building construction manage- ment strategy on the basis of this situation.
