摘要
从补骨脂中分离得到12个化合物,分别为异补骨脂素(1),补骨脂素(2),8-甲氧基补骨脂素(3),补骨脂定(4),补骨脂宁(5),补骨脂甲素(6),大豆苷元(7),补骨脂乙素(8),补骨脂二氢黄酮甲醚(9),新补骨脂素异黄酮(10),大豆苷(11)和紫云英苷(12)。采用体外清除DPPH和ABTS自由基以及α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性对化合物1~4,6,7,11,12抗氧化和α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性进行筛选,利用K-B法筛选化合物5,8~10的抗菌活性。结果显示,补骨脂定具有清除DPPH自由基的能力(IC5043.85 mg.L-1);补骨脂定,补骨脂甲素,大豆苷,大豆苷元和紫云英苷具有清除ABTS自由基的能力(IC50分别为1.32,4.97,10.47,34.22,31.27 mg.L-1);补骨脂定,补骨脂甲素和大豆苷元显示出强的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性(IC50分别为40.74,45.73,49.44 mg.L-1);补骨脂乙素和新补骨脂异黄酮均有明显的抑制SA,MRSA,ESBLs-SA的作用(MIC分别为0.781 3,1.562 5,0.781 25μg.disc-1和6.25,6.25,6.25μg.disc-1)。
Twelve compounds were isolated from Psoralea corylifolia and their structures were identified as isopsoralen(1),psoralen(2),8-methoxypsoralen(3),psoralidin(4),corylin(5),bavachin(6),daidzein(7),corylifolinin(8),bavachinin(9),neobavaisoflavone(10),daidzin(11) and astragalin(12).The results showed that psoralidin had the activity of scavenging DPPH free radicals activity(IC50 43.85 mg·L-1).Psoralidin(IC50 1.32 mg·L-1),coryfolin(IC50 4.97 mg·L-1),daidzin(IC50 10.47 mg·L-1),daidzein(IC50 34.22 mg·L-1) and astragalin(IC50 31.27 mg·L-1) had the activity of scavenging ABTS free radical.Psoralidin(IC50 40.74 mg·L-1),coryfolin(IC50 45.73 mg·L-1) and daidzein(IC50 49.44 mg·L-1) had α-glucosidase inhibitory activity.Corylifolinin and neobavaisoflavone had significantly effect of inhibiting SA,MRSA and ESBLs-SA(MIC 0.781 3,1.562 5,0.781 25 μg·disc-1 and 6.25,6.25,6.25 μg·disc-1).
