口腔环境中纯钛及钛75合金种植体覆盖螺丝缝隙腐蚀的研究 被引量:3

Study on the Crevice Corrosion of Cover Screw of Pure Titanium and Ti-75 Alloy Implants in Oral Environment

摘要 目的 :研究口腔环境中纯钛及钛 75合金种植体覆盖螺丝的缝隙腐蚀 ,及同一环境中纯钛及钛 75合金之间有无电偶腐蚀现象。方法 :将纯钛 (TA2 )及钛 75合金机加工成直径 3 5mm、长 10mm的柱状螺纹种植钉及相对应覆盖螺丝 ,清洗、钝化、消毒。选择杂种实验狗 6条 ,随机分A、B、C组 ,A组每条狗口腔中植入纯钛钉 4个 ,B组每条狗植入钛 75合金种植钉 4个 ,C组口内同时植入 2个纯钛、2个钛 75合金种植钉 ,种植体与对无接触。每组以 12周为时间点 ,扫描电镜观察覆盖螺丝。结果 :A组纯钛机加工处理不清晰、走向改变 ,但未发现点蚀坑 ,B组钛 75合金覆盖螺丝机加工纹理清晰、密度细、未发现腐蚀 ,C组未发现纯钛及钛 75合金种植覆盖螺丝的点蚀坑。结论 :钛 75合金与纯钛在同一口腔环境中未发现电偶腐蚀 ,提示临床应用中可用钛 75合金代替纯钛做上部结构与纯钛匹配 ;钛 Objective:To evaluate the crevice corrosion of cover screws of pure titanium and Ti-75 alloy implants in oral environment and to assess whether there was electric-mate corrosion between pure titanium and Ti-75 alloy in the same oral condition.Methods:Pure titanium(TA 2)and Ti-75 alloy were prepared for column screw thread implants with the diameter of 3.5mm and length of 10mm and the relevant cover screws,these parts were strictly cleaned,passivated and sterilized.Six experimental hybrid dogs were random divided into three groups.Four pure titamium screwnails were embeded in the oral cavity of each dog in group A,group B were dealed with four Ti-75 alloy screw implants in the same way,two pure titamium and two Ti-75 alloy implants were embeded in group C.Each implant did not contact with the opposite teeth.12 weeks later,the cover screws were observed in Scan Electronic Microscope(SEM).Results:We found that the cover screws of A group had changed in screw thread strike to some extent and were less distinct.The screw threads of B group were clear and of fine density,and in group A,B and C,we did not find any pitting corrosion in pure titanium and Ti-75 alloy screws.Conclusion:In the oral cavity,we found no corrosion between pure titanium and Ti-75 alloy,this may imply that we can use Ti-75 alloy instead of pure titanium as superstructure of implant to mate the pure titanium implant,and the property of abrasion resistance of Ti-75 alloy was better than that of pure titanium.
