摘要
阐述了绿色技术与绿色技术创新的内涵及发展现状 ,从经济效益出发对绿色技术创新的概念重新界定 ,将绿色技术创新拓展为两个层次。在介绍国外经验的基础上 ,针对当前存在的主要问题提出了构建我国绿色技术创新系统的初步思路。
It discussed the meaning and the development situation of green technology and green technology innovation in detail,and redefined the concept of green technology innovation which was developed into two levels.After the introduction of foreign experience,it offered primitive ideas of constructing green technology innovation system to deal with the main existing problems.
