摘要
目的 :通过分析糖尿病患者玻璃体切除术中及术后并发症 ,探讨治疗方法。方法 :对同期住院的糖尿病患者 53例、62眼及非糖尿病患者 66例、67眼玻璃体切除术中、术后并发症及治疗情况进行统计分析。结果 :糖尿病患者玻璃体切除术中、术后并发症主要为玻璃体出血、渗出及并发性白内障 ,发生率分别为19 % ,4 8% ,16% ,术中应用激光治疗者术后出血率降低 ,术后应用糖皮质激素治疗者渗出反应减轻。结论 :糖尿病患者玻璃体切除后并发症较多且重 ,术中激光光凝 ,同时切除混浊晶体 ,术后应用糖皮质激素可减轻并发症的发生。
Objective:To study the treatment by analyzing the complications of vitrectomy for diabetic patients.Methods:The complications of vitrectomy for diabetic patients in 53 cases with 62 eyes and non-diabetic patients in 66 cases with 67 eyes were statistically analyzed. Results: The main complications of vitrectomy for diabetic patients were vitreous hemorrhage (19%),seepage (48%) and complicated cataract (16%) .Treated with endophotcoagulation during the operation could reduce bleeding,treated with glucocorticoid after operation could reduce the degree of post-operative exudative reacts.Conclusion:The complications of vitrectomy for diabetic patients are severe.Treated with endophotcoagulation and vitrectomy during the operation and with glucocorticoid after operation could reduce the complications.
