摘要
为了给山区毛竹林的保护和建设提供理论依据,采用样地取样和实验对比的方法对山区钼矿周边的毛竹叶片中多糖、可溶性糖和蛋白质含量进行实验并与非钼矿的毛竹叶片内含量进行差异对比,以此来说明钼污染是否对毛竹生长存在影响。结果表明:在显著水平α=0.05的单因素方差分析下,钼污染区的叶片内多糖和可溶性糖明显比非钼污染区的叶片内含量高,而蛋白质含量下降。矿物钼对毛竹生长存在影响。
In order to provide guidence and basis for protecting mountain bamboo,sampling survey and experimental comparison were conducted to study and analyze the content of polysaccharide,soluble sugar and protein in bamboo around the mountain molybdenum, compared with the not-molybdenum's,in order to illustrate whether molybdenum pollution impact on bamboo growing. Under the significant level α=0.05 of single factor analysis of variance,the solu- ble sugar and polysaccharide increased significantly and the protein declined in the leaves of molybdenum pollution, compared with the the not-molybdenum's.Molybdenum minerals affected the growth of bamboo.
