基于主动超声探测的空化实时在线监测系统

摘要 空化是水力机械普遍面临的问题,可导致水力机械效率降低以及材料的剥蚀等问题,因此设计了一种基于主动超声探测的空化实时在线监测系统。系统硬件上以OMAP处理器为核心,分为采集-处理-通信、超声换能器驱动、信号调理三个模块,软件上移植了VxWorks操作系统并简化了基于DSPLINK的双核通信以保证实时性。以uboot替代Boot ROM引导Vx-Works和DSP算法,增强了可维护性,并利用其分析离线调试信息,增加了调试手段。系统实时性强,工程安装方便,扩展灵活,可广泛应用于水力机械的监测与维护。 Cavitation is a general problem of hydraulic mechanism, which may cause operating efficiency reduction and cavitation ero- sion of machine material. Therefore, a real - time online cavitations monitoring system based on active ultrasonic detection method is designed. In hardware, using OMAP processor as the core, the system is composed of three modules : the acquire - process - communi- cation module, the ultrasonic transducer driving module and the signal conditioning module. In software, VxWorks OS is ported and the inter - processor communication based on DSPLINK is simplified to ensure the real - time ability of monitoring system. Uboot is ap- plied to replace Boot ROM as the bootloader of VxWorks OS and DSP codes in order to enhance the maintainability of software and it is also a tool for analyzing offline debug messages. The system is characterized by real -time performance, easy installation and flexible extending ability, which can be widely used in monitoring and maintenance of hydraulic machines.
