血清尿酸水平与急性脑梗死病情严重程度的相关性分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨急性脑梗死病情严重程度与血清尿酸(UA)水平的相关性。方法患者入院当天按美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分将126例急性脑梗死患者分成2组:NIHSS评分0~4分组50例、5~15分组76例,与50例健康对照组进行对照,测定血清UA水平,用等级相关分析来检验急性脑梗死的病情严重程度与血清UA水平的相关性。结果急性脑梗死组血清UA高于对照组(P<0.01),NIHSS评分5~15分组血清UA高于NIHSS评分0~4分组(P<0.05)。结论血清UA水平与急性脑梗死病情严重程度存在正相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship of acute ischemic stroke severity and serum uric acid(uric acid,UA) levels.Methods To detect the levels of serum UA with 126 patients of acute cerebral infarction,compare them with those of 50 patients in the control group,and classify 126 patients into two groups: mild(0-4 scores) and severe(5-15 scores) groups by NIHSS.Results The levels of serum UA of acute cerebral infarction group were higher than those of the control group(P 0.01),the levels of serum UA of the severe NIHSS scores group were higher than those of the mild NIHSS scores group(P 0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum UA are related with the severity of acute cerebral infarction.
