摘要
研究了LF造渣制度对石油套管钢脱硫的影响,对影响钢液脱硫的热力学因素和动力学因素进行了分析讨论,并结合炼钢实际和冶炼品种特点,在精炼渣碱度、氟和氧化镁含量等方面提出了LF精炼脱硫的技术措施。达到了提高LF炉精炼工艺水平,加快生产节奏,提高生产效率的目的。
The influence of LF slag formation process on the desulphurization of petroleum pipe steel was studied, and the thermodynamic and kinetic factors of desulphurization were discussed. Combined with the actual steelmaking and smelting breed characteristics, the technical measures in refining slag alkalinity, content of fluoride and magnesium oxide and other aspects of LF refining were put forward, so as to achieve the purposes of improving the refining process level of LF furnace, speeding up the pace of production, enhancing the efficiency of production.
