热疲劳对40Cr钢磁性能的影响

The Influence of Thermal Fatigue on Magnetic Properties of Remanufacturing Blanks

摘要 研究了汽车连杆常用材料40Cr钢在不同热疲劳阶段其磁性能参数,最大磁感应强度(Bmax)、剩余磁感应强度(Br)和矫顽力(Hc)的变化,并优化了外磁场强度的测量参数。结果表明:检测磁场为25A/cm时,Bmax和Br值随热疲劳循环次数的增加而单调减小,且Br曲线的变化幅度大于Bmax曲线的变化幅度,用Br最能表征出材料的热疲劳状态。 The change of magnetic properties including the maximum flux density(Bmax),residual magnetic induction strength(Br) and the coercivity(Hc) of 40Cr steel which is a commonly used material as the connecting rod of automobile,was investigated after different thermal fatigue stages,and measurement parameters of the magnetic field strength were optimized.The results showed that,when the testing magnetic field is 25 A/cm,Bmax and Br decrease monotonously with the increase of the number of thermal fatigue cycle,the changing magnitude of the Br curve is greater than that of the Bmax curve,and Br represents the thermal fatigue state.
