摘要
目的:探讨诊断性刮宫在功能失调性子宫出血诊治中的临床价值。方法:将本院365例功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分成治疗组(145例)与对照组(220例),治疗组采用诊断性刮宫治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。治疗组患者复发率为9.66%,对照组患者复发率为63.64%,两组患者发生复发率有显著差异性,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:诊断性刮宫具有方法简便、价格合理、准确性高,是诊断功能失调性子宫出血的重要方法与治疗手段。
Objective：To explore the clinical value of diagnostic curettage in the diagnosis and treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods：365 dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients were randomly divided into treatment group（145 patients） and control group（220 patients）,with treatment group treated by diagnostic curettage and the control group by drug therapy.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group,P0.05,and there was statistical significance for difference.The recurrence rate for patients in treatment group was 9.66% and that for control group was 63.64%;there was significant difference of recurrence rates of the two groups and there was statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Diagnostic curettage is characteristic of simple and easy method,rational price,and high accuracy,being regarded as an important method for diagnosing and treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
