摘要
为了帮助纺织产业引入新的生产模式以应对经济全球化挑战,基于产品进化机理和产品全生命周期思想,提出纺织工艺智能化并行设计系统架构,研究了知识获取与进化、全息质量诊断和质量预测等关键技术,开发完成了一套适合纺织生产的并行工艺设计软件。通过初步的工程实践显示,该系统能综合纺织生产中的多种质量影响因素,通过质量预测实现工艺并行设计与优化,产品开发效率明显提高,行业应用前景可期。
To meet the challenges of global economy,and to introduce the innovative production modes for textile industry,a system architecture of concurrent intelligent design for textile process was presented based on product evolution and product lifecycle.The key technologies such as knowledge acquisition and evolution,quality holographic diagnosis,and quality prediction were discussed.A set of concurrent design software applicable to textile process was developed.Some engineering cases indicated that the system software could synthesize different quality factors during the textile production,and realize the concurrent design and optimization with the quality prediction.Product development efficiency was remarkably improved and industry future was promising.
