摘要
最低价中标法作为一种先进的评标方法,在国外工程招标工作中广为应用。文章分析了最低价中标法在中国的应用现状,指出应用过程中存在的问题,并对比其在美国成功应用的经验,提出最低价中标法在中国的应用建议。
The method of winning by lowest bid is a state-of-the-art tender evaluation meth-od,which is widely used in foreign engineering tendering work.The article analyzed the cur-rent application situation in China of this method,pointed out the existing problems in the application process,and compared to its successful application experience in the United States,the article proposed the application recommendation of winning by lowest bid meth-od in China.
