摘要
任何一种单一的研究生教育质量效率评价指标体系和测算方法都有偏颇,因而有必要在采用多种单一评价法进行评价的基础上,对单一评价结果进行组合分析,并应用综合评价法开展研究生教育质量评价。运用这些方法对"985工程"一期34所高校的相关数据为样本进行的实证分析表明:当前我国34所"985工程"高校的研究生教育质量效率整体水平偏低,教学科研仪器设备、国家重点实验室或研究基地数、生均科研经费是制约当前研究生教育质量提升的瓶颈因素;且在研究生参与的科学研究与发展成果数、研究生发表论文数上的产出不足,有较大的增进空间,是今后提升研究生教育质量的方向。
The paper brings forward the Graduate Education Quality Efficiency Index and its measure methods, then uses the combination evaluation method to makes an empirical analysis with t the 34 the First Phase of Project 985 Universities relevant sample data, the investigation conclusions shows that the Graduate Education Quality Efficiency Index is low generally, and teaching and research instruments, state key laboratory or research bases, per students' scientific research funds are the bottleneck factors in the proceeding of promotion the Graduate Education Quality Efficiency. Meanwhile, the output of the scientific research and development achievements,scientific publication are inefficient, which still have much improvement space and the direction for lifting the Graduate Education Quality Efficiency in the future.
