摘要
船舶操纵性能是新造船安全性能评价的重要指标之一。本文对船舶操纵性能测试技术的发展和主要船舶性能评价指标进行了介绍,同时通过实船测试,对船舶回转试验、航向稳定性试验、Z形操纵试验、惯性试验进行了测试和数据处理,并通过新造船操纵性能衡准方法的分析和数值选取,对船舶操纵性能进行了评价。
Ship maneuvering performance is one of the most important indicators to evaluate the safety performance of a new ship. This article introduces the development of ship maneuvering performance test technologies and the evaluation indicators of ship performance. The turning ability, direction stability, Z maneuverability and inertia are tested through a real ship. Then based on the analyses and selected numbers of new ship maneuverability criterion method, the ship maneuvering performance is evaluated.
