摘要
目的:探讨血浆vWF在2型糖尿病患者中的变化特点。方法:采用ELISA双抗夹心法分别检测60例正常人(对照组),137例糖尿病无并发症,69例糖尿病并发症患者血浆vWF。结果:糖尿病无并发症组和糖尿病并发症组患者,血浆vWF水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且糖尿病并发症组显著高于糖尿病无并发症组(P<0.01)。结论:血浆vWF含量的增加在糖尿病及其并发症的发生发展中发挥了重要作用,在一定程度上反映糖尿病患者血管内皮损伤的情况。
Objective：To investigate the changes in the characteristics the plasma vWF in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods：To adopt double anti sandwich ELISA method to detect the 60 cases of normal person（control group） and 137 cases of diabetes without complications,69 cases of patients with diabetes complications plasma vWF.Results：The diabetes without complications and complications of diabetes patients,the plasma vWF levels were higher than those in normal control group（P0.05）,and complications of diabetes group were significantly higher than those in non-complication group（P0.01）.Conclusion：The plasma vWF content increases in diabetes and its complications played an important role in the development,may be a complication of type 2 diabetes early predictive indexes.
