摘要
通过对长三角、珠三角和环渤海地区评价创新能力的相关指标进行分析,论述各个地区创新能力的发展态势,并对其科技创新政策进行对比研究。
Based on the main indicators in terms of the regional innovation capacity, the paper describes the development of innovation capacity in Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Bohai Rim regions, and evaluates the science and technology innovation policies in the three regions.
