摘要
分析燃料油双螺杆泵轴承箱密封部位骨架油封渗漏的原因,提出用轴承隔离器替代骨架油封的改进措施,并结合密封部位的轴径磨损情况,提出采用集油螺旋槽密封结构对轴承隔离器进行改进。应用结果表明,该改进方案解决了因轴径磨损导致的械密封泄漏的部分燃料油通过密封面渗漏入轴承箱污染润滑油的问题。
The leakage of skeleton oil seal of fuel oil pump bearing box was analyzed, the improvement measure repla cing the skeleton oil seal with bearing isolator was put forward. Aimed at the shaft wear condition of sealing parts, the bear ing isolator structure was improved with the oil seal structure of spiral groove. The results of application show that, the im proved s^heme solves the bearing box oil pollution problem due to part of the fuel oil leaking into the bearing box from the sealing surface of mechanical seal.
