摘要
乙肝病毒感染相关疾病包括乙肝病毒携带、慢性乙型肝炎、肝纤维化、原发性肝癌等,严重危害我国人民的卫生健康;近20年来,中医体质学说在理论和实践方面得到了很大的进展。文章较为系统地介绍了当代主要体质学说与乙肝病毒感染相关疾病的研究现状,从体质辨识、体质与疾病的相关性、体质调治与疾病治疗、体质与疾病预后等方面介绍相关研究结果,拓宽了乙肝病毒感染相关疾病的研究思路,为提高中医药防治乙肝病毒感染相关疾病的能力打下了坚实的基础。
Hepatitis B virus related disease affects the health of our people seriously which include HBV carriers, chronic hepatitis B, hepatic fibrosis and primary liver cancer. Over the past 20 years, Chinese constitution theory has got great progress in both theory and practice. Main constitution theories, researches of hepatitis B virus related disease based on constitutional theory were reviewed in this paper. They included constitution identification, the correlation between constitution and disease, constitution modulation and disease treatment, constitution and disease prognosis. The author concluded that researches can broaden the research idea, improve the ability to control the disease with TCM as well.
