概述了目前全球碳交易的市场结构和规模。在此基础上，重点针对3种限额与贸易市场，包括美国加州碳市场、新西兰国家碳市场和将于2014年启动的澳大利亚碳市场，分析其主要制度内容，以及林业碳汇纳入碳市场的主要规则。最后，基于分析，总结这些碳市场纳入林业碳汇的共同特点，并就我国林业碳汇纳入碳市场提出初步建议。
This paper outlines the structure and size of global carbon trading market and analyzes the carbon mar-ket in California and the national carbon market in New Zealand and Australian. The three markets all are cap and trade market. This paper analyzes these markets＇ basic institutional arrangements and basic forestry carbon trading rules. There are some common features of these markets.But these markets are characterized by their national cir-cumstances. Finally, the paper proposed construction of the carbon market gradually.
