摘要
概述了环管反应器的原理、特点及其应用发展过程。作为环管反应器的重要动力设备,轴流泵的性能直接关系到环管反应器的生产能力。在对轴流泵的结构、工作原理及其应用进行介绍的基础上,着重分析了对轴流泵运转影响最大的汽蚀现象和密封问题。
It is summarized that the principle of loop reactor,features and development process of the application in this paper. As one important power equipment in loop reactor, capacity of the reactor is directly affected by performance of the axial flow pump. On the base of introduction about axial flow pump＇s structure and working principle, the cavitation phenomenon and sealing issue, that are major factors while pump running, are analyzed emphatically.
