摘要
目的建立牛至挥发油羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物中麝香草酚、香荆芥酚、对聚伞花素含量测定方法。方法采用Thermo BDS HYPERSIL C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈-水(43∶57)为流动相;柱温:35℃;检测波长:272 nm;流速:1.0mL/min;进样量:50μL。结果在上述色谱条件下,香荆芥酚在0.2-4.0μg范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为:Y=525.7652X-12.2981,r=0.9994;麝香草酚在0.1-2.0μg范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为:Y=752.6134X-2.8428,r=0.9999;对-聚伞花素在0.1-2.0μg范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为:Y=1265.1478X-35.4011,r=0.9999。结论以HPLC法测定牛至挥发油羟丙基-β-CD中麝香草酚、香荆芥酚和对-聚伞花素含量方法简单、快速,结果准确。
Objective Establish the Quantitative determination method of thymol, carvacrol, p - cymene in oregano oil - HP -β- CD ;Method Use of HPLC method, chromatographic column :the Thermo BDS HYPERSIL Cl8 column (4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm) ; mobile phase: acetonitrile - water (43:57) ; the column temperature :35℃ ; the detection wavelength 272 nm; velocity:1. 0mL/min; sample size: 50μL. Results in the chromatographic conditions, carvacrol on 0.2 - 4.0μg range showed good linear relationship, the regression equation was Y = 525. 7652X - 12. 2981 ,r = O. 9994; thymol in O. 1 -2. Oμg range showed good linear relationship, the regression equation was Y = 752. 6134X-2. 8428, r = 0. 9999; p- eymene in 0. 1 -2.0μg range showed good linear relationship, the regression equation was Y = 1265. 1478X -35. 4011 ,r = 0.9999; Conclusion the HPLC method for the determination of oregano oil HP-β- CD thymol and carva- erol, p - cymcne content,is simple, rapid, accurate .
