摘要
药物经济学是将经济学的基本原理、方法和分析技术运用于临床药物治疗过程,以求最大限度地合理利用卫生资源的一门新兴边缘学科。随着澳大利亚和加拿大安大略省政府要求对药物进行经济学评价,药物经济学研究开始被越来越多的国家所鼓励和采用,主要被应用于药品定价、决定药品补偿和共付状况、制定医院用药自录或诊疗规范以及促进合理处方等方面。药物经济学研究仍需进—步的规范,应从多方面评价其质量。
Pharmaeoeeonomics is a new frontier science applying the basic principle, methods and analytical technology of economics to medical intervention processes and aiming at maximally rational utilization of scarce health resources. With the advent of government guidelines for the provision of economic evaluation data in Australia and province of Ontario (Canada), pharmacoeconomic study has been encouraged and adopted in more and more countries. Economic evaluation was viewed as a basis for pricing, deciding on reimbursement status or copayment level, deciding on inclusion in local formularies or in treatment guidelines, and improving prescribing decisions. In the future there needs to be much more methodological standards and government guidelines for pharmacoeconomic study.
