摘要
利用拉伸力学性能测试、硬度测试、OM、SEM及EDS等分析测试手段,研究了TZM合金和纯Mo的微观组织、室温与高温力学性能以及再结晶行为。结果表明:TZM合金比纯Mo具有更高的室温与高温强度;TZM合金的起始再结晶温度为1 350℃,终了再结晶温度为1 700℃,分别比纯Mo的起始再结晶温度与终了再结晶温度提高了500℃与450℃。TZM合金的强度与再结晶温度的提高主要归因于细小弥散分布的第二相TiC、ZrC。
The microstructure and mechanical properties as well as recrystallization behavior of TZM alloy and pure Mo were studied with tensile properties measurement, hardness measurement, OM, SEM, and EDS. The results are as follows : The tensile strength of TZM alloy are higher than that of pure Mo both at ambient and high tempera- ture. And the starting and ending recrystallization temperatures are 1 350 ℃ and 1 700 ℃ respectively, which are increased 500℃ and 450 ℃ separately than that of pure Mo. The increased of tensile strength and recrystallization temperature is attributed to the second fine dispersed phase such as TiC and ZrC in TZM alloy.
