摘要
介绍了立轴冲击式破碎机的结构、工作原理,并重点阐述了关键零部件的设计方案及实际应用。在此基础上,运用Simens NX6.0,建立了产品的三维数字化模型,大大提高了产品的设计品质和效率,为后续的仿真、优化和生产制造做好准备。
Introduced the structure and working principle of the vertical shafft impact crusher. Design program and practical application of its key components is described in detail. On the basis of above work, three-dimensional digital model and two-dimensional engineering drawings of this crusher are also built up by using UG NX 6.0, which improves the design quality and preliminary preparing for the following work of analysis and simulation, optimization and manufacturing.
