摘要
内生菌广泛分布于药用植物体内,与药用植物在长期协同进化过程中形成了互惠共生关系。其能够产生多种活性物质,在药用植物的生长、抗逆性、活性成分产量积累中起到了促进作用,因此在生物防治、医药等领域有着广阔的前景。本文对药用植物内生菌的分离及活性物质的作用等方面进行了综述。
Endophyte widely distributed in medicinal plants, it and its host medicinal plants formed a mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship in the long-term co-evolution process. Endophyte could produce a variety of active substances, and played a catalytic role in the medicinal plant growth, stress resistance and the yield accumulation of active ingredient which having important application on medicine and biological control. The isolation of endophytes in medicinal plant and the function of active substances were summarized in the paper.
