摘要
综述了废弃印刷线路板资源化回收处理技术的现状。基于废弃印刷线路板的组成及有价组分分离和提纯机理将资源化回收处理技术归纳为拆解、湿法冶金法、热处理法、机械物理法、生物法和超临界法,并对现有技术发展过程中存在的环境和安全问题进行了初步讨论,为废弃印刷线路板资源化再利用产业化发展提供参考。
The status of recycling waste printed circuit boards was reviewed. According to the composition of waste printed circuit boards and the separation and purification mechanism of valuable components in the waste printed circuit boards, the recycling technologies were discussed, such as disassembly, hydrometallurgy, heat treatment, physical treatment, biological methods and super- critical methods. The environmental and safety issues during the development of existing technologies were initially discussed, which could provide references for industrial development of recycling waste printed circuit boards.
