摘要
目的探讨奥伦自理模式护理干预在围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血(围绝经期功血)患者中的护理效果。方法 66例围绝经期功血患者均采用B超引导下射频消融治疗,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上介入奥伦自理模式。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.9%,护理总满意率为93.9%,均显著优于对照组的84.9%、78.8%(均P<0.05);观察组复发率(12.1%)显著低于对照组(33.3%)(P<0.05)。结论对围绝经期功血患者实施奥伦自理模式,可提高疗效,防止复发,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of Orem＇s self-care mode in the perioperative nursing in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding （DUB）. Methods Sixty-six DUB patients were treated with ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation. These patients were randomly given routine nursing care alone （control group,n=33） or in combination with Orem＇s self-care mode （observation group,n=33）. Results The total effective rate, nursing satisfaction and recurrence rate were,respectively,93.9% ,93.9% and 12.1% in observation group,and 84.9% ,78.8% and 33.3% in control group. Differences were significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclu-sion Orem＇s self-care mode can improve efficacy,prevent recurrence and enhance satisfaction in patients with DUB.
