摘要
土壤化学特性是影响中药材品质的最重要因素。本文综述了土壤酸碱度、有机质、土壤营养元素以及土壤重金属对中药材品质影响的机理和研究进展,分析了影响中药材品质的主要土壤化学因素及其相关关系。不同中药材生长的最适pH值有所差异,但绝大部分适宜中性条件下生长;土壤有机质能改善土壤的物理和化学性质,有利于土壤团粒结构的形成,从而促进植物的生长和养分的吸收;土壤中的营养元素缺乏或不足都会影响药用植物的生长和内外在品质;土壤中重金属元素的含量,对药材中重金属元素的含量有着直接的影响,并导致中药材的品质下降。进而提出了保障中药材品质的建议以及值得深入研究的方向,对中药材可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。
The chemical property of soil is the most important factor that influences the quality of traditional Chi- nese medicinal materials. This paper comprehensively reviews the soil pH, organic matter, soil nutrient elements and soil heavy metals on the mechanism and research progress in the quality effect of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and analyses the main soil chemical factors that influences their quality and their relevant relationships. The appropriate growth pH values vary in different traditional Chinese medicinal materials, but most materials can be grown suitably under neutral conditions. Soil organic matter can improve soil physical and chemical properties, conducive to the formation of soil aggregate structure, thereby promoting plant growth and nutrient absorption. Lack of or inadequate nutrient elements in soil will affect the growth of medicinal herbs as well as their internal and exter- nal quality. The contents of heavy metals in soil have a direct impact on traditional Chinese medicinal materials and led to the quality decline of the materials. That is the reason why this paper puts forward suggestions on the quality protection of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and on further research direction, which is very important for the sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
