摘要
1例56岁女性患者,确诊横结肠癌肝转移3个月,既往无药物和食物过敏史。本次住院继续予原mFOLFOX6方案第五疗程化疗,静脉滴注奥沙利铂150 mg+5%葡萄糖溶液500 mL,给药3 min后,患者突然烦躁不安,口吐白沫,全身湿冷,脉搏微弱,伴胸闷,HR 103次.min-1,BP 60/40 mm Hg,SPO266%。立即停药,吸氧,并给予地塞米松、异丙嗪、多巴胺、氢化可的松琥珀酸钠等治疗。40 min后症状缓解,1 h后患者恢复正常。
One 56-year-old female patient was diagnosed with transverse colon cancer liver metastases for 3 months, and had no allergy history of drug and food. After the hospitalization, she was given the 5th course of mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy, including receiving infusion of oxaliplatin 150 mg dissolved in 5% glucose solution 500 mL. Three minutes after the infusion, there was sudden irritability, foaming at the mouth, cold and wet body, weak pulse, chest tighlness, with HR of 103 beats per minute, BP of 60/40 mm Hg, SPO2 of 66%. The infusion was stopped immediately. The patient was treated with oxygen, dexamethasone, promethazine, dopamine, hydrocortisone sodium succinate, etc. The symptoms relieved after 40 minutes. One hour later, she recovered.
