摘要
在大田试验条件下,研究水稻养分含量、生物量和产量对氮沉降增加的响应。供试水稻为我国亚热带地区早稻品种岳优463,模拟氮沉降水平分别为0、3、6、12、24g/(m2.a)。结果表明:水稻幼苗叶、根和秕谷中的N、P、K、Ca含量随氮处理水平的增加而上升,而Mg在茎、根中的含量则呈下降趋势。水稻叶片和根中的N含量与P、K和Ca呈正相关关系,而根中N含量则与Mg呈负相关关系。N含量的增加对根中P和Ca积累的促进作用显著(P<0.05)。施氮对水稻的生物量和产量均有促进作用,但同时也会增加秕谷率,降低千粒重。
To study the impact of nitrogen deposition on rice growth and yield,early rice "Yueyou 463"seedlings were transplanted in April,2009 under field conditions (hydromorphic paddy soil).Ammonium nitrate solution was sprayed on the seedlings every 10 days at five N doses [N0 (0 g/(m^2 · a),N1 (3 g/(m^2 · a),N2 (6 g/(m^2 · a),N3 (12 g/(m^2 · a) and N4(24 g/(m^2 · a)]during growing season with three replicates for each treatments.Biomass,yield and nutrient concentration were monitored at harvest time.The results indicated that N addition increased N,P,K and Ca contents in leaves,roots and non-fully filled grains but decreased Mg concentration in shoots and roots.N concentration in leaves and roots was positively correlated with P,K and Ca but negatively correlated with Mg.The present simulated N deposition was found to increase the growth and yield of rice,but increase the percentage of non-fully filled grains and decrease 1000-grain weight.
