摘要
通过分析小儿脑瘫的病因病机,提出从通督补肾健脾对小儿脑瘫进行中医康复治疗,并详细介绍了补肾、健脾、通督的具体治疗方法。认为临床上从肾、脾、督脉论治,运用中药、针灸、推拿等传统中医疗法为主治疗小儿脑瘫,可促进小儿脑瘫的康复。
The traditional Chinese medical rehabilitation therapy of children cerebral palsy was discussed after analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of children cerebral palsy. The rehabilitation therapy based on regulating governor vessel, tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen was put forward and described in details. It is indicated that the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion, massage, and oral use of herbal medicine based on kidney, spleen and governor vessel is effective for promoting the rehabilitation of children cerebral palsy,
