口洁素防治正畸牙龈炎的临床效果评价 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察口洁素含漱液治疗固定正畸牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法选取18~33岁固定正畸成人牙龈炎患者30名,随机分成治疗组15例(使用口洁素含漱液和常规口腔卫生保健措施)和对照组15例(常规口腔卫生保健措施),持续用药2个月,治疗前后分别记录牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)和龈沟出血指数(SBI),测定上颌A区第一前磨牙和第一磨牙,以及下颌2个中切牙的牙周情况,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗后试验组患者GI、PLI和SBI值分别为0.66,2.92和3.70,对照组值分别为0.76,3.49和3.76,经统计学分析,试验组与对照组有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论口洁素含漱液能有效降低固定正畸治疗中牙龈炎症的发生率,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the clinical effects of mouth-cleaning gargle in treating orthodontic gingivitis. Methods 30 adult patients at the age of 18-33 with fixed orthodontic gingivitis were selected and divided into treatment group and control group randomly. 15 patients in treatment group used mouth-cleaning gargle and took routine oral health care, while 15 patients in control group took oral health care only, for 2 months. GI, PLI and SBI were recorded before treatment and 2 months after treatment. Periodontal situations of the maxillary right first bicuspid and first molar and two mandible central incisors were evaluated and statistically analysed. Results GI, PLI and SBI of patients in treatment group were 0.66, 2.92 and3.70, while GI, PLI and SBI of patients in control group were 0.76, 3.49 and 3.76. Significant differences were found between these observed indexes of the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusions Mouth-cleaning gargle is effective in reducing incidence of fixed orthodontic gingivitis and is worth spreading.
